SOMX Pickleball offers, among other things, private and group lessons, clinics and training camps, leagues and tournaments, team experiences, school and youth activities, pickleball travel experiences, the sale of pickleball accessories and equipment, and educational or informational content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Bookings

All bookings for lessons, events or travel experiences are subject to availability.

A booking is confirmed only once the required payment or deposit has been received, where applicable.

4. Online Shop

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to modify product prices, descriptions and availability at any time.

Product photos are provided for reference only. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.

5. Payment

Payments are made using the payment methods available on our website.

Orders remain the property of SOMX Pickleball until full payment has been received.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service booked.

Travel experiences organized or promoted by SOMX may be offered in partnership with travel agencies or other suppliers. The terms, insurance requirements, cancellation policies and responsibilities of these partners may also apply.

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase appropriate travel insurance.

Participation in SOMX Pickleball activities involves certain risks inherent to sports and physical activity.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and confirm that you are physically able to take part in the activity.

All website content, including the SOMX Pickleball logo, photographs, videos, text, graphics, training materials, guides and trademarks, remains the exclusive property of SOMX Pickleball or its partners.
